Sergio Aguero is the deadliest Premier League striker of all time in terms of minutes to goals ratio.

The Manchester City striker scores at a rate of one goal every 110.1 minutes putting him in front of second and third placed Thierry Henry and Ruud van Nistelrooy.

In his fifth Premier League season the 27-year-old has scored 88 goals in 135 appearances for City to give him a record that most players in world football would envy.

Arsenal legend Henry scored 175 Premier League goals for the Gunners at a rate of one every 121.8 minutes.

Van Nistelrooy, meanwhile, found the back of the net 95 times for Manchester United in five seasons at Old Trafford and scored a goal every 128.2 minutes.

Javier Hernandez – sold by United to Bayer Leverkusen in the summer – is in fourth spot with a goal every 130.2 minutes

And in fifth place is Diego Costa. Although the Chelsea striker has struggled for form this season he has still managed to score a goal for the Blues every 133.8 minutes, with 26 goals in 43 Premier League appearances.
